'Academy Review'

Academy review is an auditing service provided for Academies and Youth Programmes. There are over 10,000 young boys registered in the professional football industries youth programme.£40 million is estimated by the football league to be invested in their clubs per year and approximately£30 million by Premier League clubs and yet still only around 1% make it.
Sports Associated Solutions provides ‘Academy Review’ as a one stop solution for assessing the performance of any club’s youth programme be it a Licensed Academy or Centre of Excellence or stand alone youth section. Using modern performance benchmarking techniques, interviews and workshops our specialist team will produce an accurate independent report on what you are getting for your money.

Each audit is designed and costed to meet the specific needs of the individual club and the review will identify strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations regarding developing strengths and reducing weaknesses.
Workshop programmes can be designed to make improvements and manage change whilst developing and training your key staff and introducing them to new techniques and methods.

‘Technical Review’ uses a similar process to assess the effectiveness of the programmes in place on the football side of the club at all levels. The 17 -21 age group has been identified as lacking opportunity and affected by failure in the provision of first class technical development.
